Implementation plan
Depending on the complexity of your urban forest management plan, the implementation plan may be a separate document or included in the management plan. While the strategic plan shows what will be accomplished, the implementation plan shows how it will be accomplished. The implementation plan should detail the persons and timelines for accomplishing the actions shown in the strategic plan.
